Restorative yoga focuses on stretching and strengthening the connective tissues within the body, through holding seated and reclined postures for three to five minutes. Ideal for all levels and those recovering from injuries.$10 drop-in . This class will be taught by our substitute teacher Kathryn Jensen. Class will be on hiatus the remainder of August. Please bring pillows, blankets, and a yoga mat if you have your own. There are extras available for use at the store.
